By creating an account or using UPSC CMS PYQss, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have explicit parental/guardian consent, to use this platform.

2. Educational Content

UPSC CMS PYQss provides UPSC CMS Previous Year Questions for personal educational use only. All content is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee accuracy of questions or explanations.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number and password.
Each account is for individual use. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions grant access to all modules for 30 calendar days from activation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Free tiers (first 2 modules per series) remain accessible without subscription.

5. Prohibited Use

Reproducing, distributing, or selling any platform content without written permission.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate test submissions.
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
