Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of payment if:

You were charged but did not receive access to premium content due to a technical error on our side.
Your payment was debited but the subscription was not activated (duplicate charge).

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, partial use, or failure to use the platform.

Subscriptions are non-recurring — no auto-renewal. Your subscription simply expires after 1 days. No cancellation action is required.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Email support@upsccms.in with your registered mobile and Razorpay Payment ID.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
